Forest Harvests/TSI/Invasive Species Walk

August 19 @ 8:30 am - 11:00 am

Interested in eliminating problematic invasive plants? Join Ed McGuire for a walk in two recent harvests: an oak shelterwood and a pine thinning, plus look at an ongoing timber stand improvement and invasive species removal project. Meet in front of the Goodwin Conservation Center at 8:45 am.  You will then be directed to Nutmeg Lane Parking.  Note: Nutmeg Lane Parking is easier if you have a higher clearance vehicle.  The option of carpooling at Goodwin may be an easier choice.

Programs are free unless otherwise noted. Donations are encouraged.
Pre-registration is not required unless otherwise noted.
