
Afternoon Author Talk Searching for Atticus by Janice Harvey

You are invited to join us for another of our Afternoon Author Talks featuring journalist and educator Janice Harvey who has published her first book “Searching for Atticus”. It is a coming-of-age novel that follows a Worcester kid named Molly as she tries to navigate the US of the 1960s.
Since 1995, Janice Harvey has been the lead columnist for the independent newspaper Worcester Magazine, winning numerous awards for excellence in humor, and serious column writing and reporting, from the New England Better Newspaper Association. In 2012, Harvey published a collection of her favorite columns for local readers to enjoy. Harvey recently retired after 30 years in public education and lives in Massachusetts, surrounded by kids and grandkids, while working on a second novel set in her beloved city of Worcester.
