Barry Jessurun – Business and Book Discussion @ The Vanilla Bean Cafe

Barry Jessurun, restaurateur, entrepreneur, coach, and speaker, who specializes in helping people develop their narrative and to take actionable steps to develop themselves, their career, and their business. As a Restaurateur and Entrepreneur Barry’s main role is that of a Storyteller. Barry works to create stories within which people feel compelled to interact, both as employees and customers. Like all good storytellers, Barry values sustainability along with the continuation and redundancy of stories. Part of Barry’s narrative is helping others to succeed. He knows that the restaurant industry is just a steppingstone in many young people’s career, and he works to educate them and expose them to new thinking, philosophies, and practices that will help to propel them into a career of their choosing. He refers to his restaurants as ‘young person development agencies.’ Barry, the President of Green Valley Hospitality, will be discussing his book (The Drunkard’s Path), the importance of storytelling, creating a compelling offer, and the fundamentals of business operations.
