Cheese Making

Try your hand at making ricotta from fresh goat’s milk and cow’s milk from local farms. Then make a simple recipe using fresh seasoned goat chevre . Ricotta has a velvety, slightly curded texture that is exceptionally mild and pleasantly desirable when served warm. It is the choice, in baked goods, as it blends well, enhancing the unique flavors of the ingredients being used. This makes a delightful cheesecake-  and exceptional cannoli filling! After this class, you can easily head home and dive into cheese making yourself! (1 class)
