Climate Change Field Series, Part 1: Managing Forests for a Changing Climate

November 10 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Sunday, Nov. 10, 9 AM – 12 PM

Yale-Myers Forest Camp, 150 Centre Pike, Eastford CT

Join us for a Sunday morning workshop on forest management in the context of climate change, led by Dr. Mark Ashton. We’ll begin with a short indoor lecture, and then head out into the field to tour a few stands in our forest and discuss ways to keep climate change at the forefront of our management decisions.

To ensure the best possible field learning environment we are limiting this workshop to 15 participants; please RSVP to rosa.goldman@yale.edu to register!

*Note: we will most likely have shut off the water at camp by then, so facilities will be limited!*
