Otis Library will be offering “Introduction to Mindful Yoga and Breathing” classes for teens and adults. These free classes are designed to introduce you to the many benefits of uniting mindful breath and aligned movement. The classes will be presented by Neiley Rushford Snide, founder of A Peace of Space in Taftville. Wear comfortable clothing; yoga mats will be available to borrow. Registration for each class is required.
