Participants in these lecture/discussion classes will be invited to better understand the complex dynamics of our food system, question their assumptions / beliefs about race / racism and inequality in relation to the food system, develop greater cultural competences in their interactions with others, and be better placed to make well-informed and more ethical choices about their own diets.
