Phenological Walk with Carrie Crompton

April 28 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

It’s exhilarating to hear the first returning migrant birds in our area, to see the first fiddleheads unfurling, and the first ephemeral wildflowers blooming. Come out to Goodwin to discover the “firsts” of the season. We’ll be looking for fresh wildflower blooms, bud break in various trees and shrubs and bird arrivals on a weekly basis.

Carrie Crompton is a Master Naturalist and a volunteer at the Goodwin Conservation Center.

Programs are free unless otherwise noted. Donations are encouraged.
Pre-registration is not required unless otherwise noted.
