An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 12, 2021

A world recognized exercise system of controlled movements.  As a mat floor exercise, Pilates is said to improve flexibility, posture, balance and strength.  Most importantly, Pilates targets the core muscles which are essential to lifelong health. (8 classes).

A) Wednesdays, March 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5 & 12
