An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2022
A world recognized exercise system of controlled movements. As a mat floor exercise, Pilates is said to improve flexibility, posture, balance and strength. Most importantly, Pilates targets the core muscles which are essential to lifelong health. (6 classes)
Participants should bring their own mat, towel, and water bottle.
