Sunflowers and Beehive Cake Decorating Class

Decorate a bee-utiful sweet cake. You will learn how to ice a 6″ vanilla cake with teal-blue buttercream and a mini cake on top with yellow buttercream. Then drip honey colored ganache on top, and pipe pretty buttercream sunflowers on the side.

The bees and honeycomb are premade sugar candies, but some fondant will also be available if you would like to try creating your own bees.

All supplies are provided with the use of Instructor Sue’s decorating tools during class.
