UCONN Earth Day Cleanup

Connecticut State Museum of Natural History is hosting an Earth Day Walk and Clean-up on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 10 am to 12 noon, but the hope is to continue the cleanup throughout the day working to clean-up the north end of campus. The Office of Sustainability will also be working to clean-up other areas of campus. There will be two meeting areas, the W-Lot, across from Horse Barn Hill and the barn and Student Union in the center of campus. The goals of the cleanups, besides the obvious beautification of the area is to raise awareness of the ways that trash can impact biodiversity and to engage students in conservations efforts that promote biodiversity.
