We’re Having a Perseids Party!

Join TLGV, Friends of Pachaug and CT DEEP’s No Child Left Inside program for a weekend to see the Perseids Meteor shower at its peak. We will be in the youth camping area and YOU MUST REGISTER in advance. We have limited space available. Camping is FREE. You cannot attend the stargazing events if you are not camping. Here is a small sample of what we have in store:
- TLGV’s Lead Night Sky Rangers Kim & Geoff McLean will be on site and ready to help you explore the solar system and beyond.
- Campfires & s’mores
- Hikes
- Fun activities at the youth camping area
- Kids can earn the NEW TLGV Junior Night Sky Ranger patch!
