Women’s Self-Defense Fitness

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until September 27, 2022
A fun full-body workout that is physically and mentally stimulating. This class builds strength, leans and tones the body, all while learning core self-defense movements and techniques. Flexibility, balance, and body awareness will also be gained.
All levels are welcome and no prior experience is needed. Women will feel empowered, confident, and healthier.
For ages 12 and older.
