Night Sky Adventures – Meteors and More

 10/01/2021 @ 7:00 pm

Join Lead Night Sky Rangers Kim and Geoff for a dark night looking up at the stars. This is a great time to spot lots of meteors as we pass through several debris fields left by comets. The dark moonless night will be great to spot them and help make seeing the planets Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn really stand out. In addition because of dark skies, we’ll be more easily able to view some of the Deep Space Objects (DSOs). Our Revolution Imager will help bring out those faint fuzzies. Additional Night Sky Adventures will be held 10/2, 10/15 & 10/16. Sponsored by McLean Research, mcleanresearch.com and The Last Green Valley, thelastgreenvalley.org
