The Energy of Nature

 5/13/2023 @ 10:00 am

Join The Light Source Center for a hike through the diverse habitat of the Sprague Land Preserve. We will start our hike with some exercises to prepare ourselves to feel the energy of nature on our hike and notice the shifts has the landscape changes. We will hike for about 2.25 miles over varied terrain. Please wear the proper shoes. Our route will take us past two beautiful waterfalls (please note the falls are not always flowing) through mountain laurels, a patch of hemlock and along the beautiful Shetucket River. We’ll stop along the way to take in the landscape and experience the energy. We will stop for a meditation along the route. If you would like to sit, please consider bringing a sit upon.  Hosted by The Light Source Center.
