The Energy of Nature

Join The Light Source Center for a hike through the diverse habitat of the Sprague Land Preserve. We will start our hik with some breahting exericises to prepare ourselves to feel the energy of nature on our hike and notice the shifts has the landscape changes. BEcause it’s spring and the land preserve has some trails that can get water logged the final route will be determined closer to the hike, however we hope to see a waterfall and hike along the Shetucket River. Moderate, No Dogs. Turn into the dirt road for Sprague Land Preserve and stay right on the forest road. We will meet at the old cabin parking area and hike from there.
