Ellen Larned Museum (ELM)

Inspired by Ellen Larned, Windham County’s most celebrated historian, the Ellen Larned Museum began its life as a library in 1901 and served the Town of Thompson for nearly 90 years. Responsibility for the building was passed to the Thompson Historical Society in 1994. It is now a museum, archive and research center. No fee.
