Otis Library, in partnership with the Norwich Free Academy History Department, is hosting a Women’s History Month Tea on Saturday, March 30, at 12pm. This year’s theme is “Women in Connecticut History.” Join students as they portray ground-breaking Connecticut women. In partnership with the Eastern Connecticut Community Gardens Association (ECCGA), Otis Library will host a series of classes on gardening for beginners.   Experienced gardeners from the ECCGA will teach basic gardening skills for everyone, from home owners to apartment dwellers.
