Monday, October 28, 6pm Julianne Mangin will discuss her mother's French-Canadian ancestors, having researched them in libraries, archives, historical societies, and in online genealogical resources. Four of her ancestors, including her grandmother, were patients at the Norwich State Hospital. Ms. Mangin is a writer, researcher, family historian, and a former Librarian and website designer at the Library of Congress.
