November has arrived and our harvest is in! That means our stand is filled to the brim with many varieties of apples, as well as our apple cider, winter squash, sugar pumpkins, cheeses, pies and apple crisp, baking mixes, mulling spices, preserves and fruit butters, pickles, relishes, salsas, fudge, baked goods, and more. We still have a nice selection of locally sourced products such as Sturbridge Coffee Roasters coffee, Dragon’s Blood Elixir hot sauces, A&Z Apiaries honey, Norman’s Sugar House maple syrup, Buell’s Dragonfly Farms maple candy, nuts, and maple brittle, Hi Ya Pop Soap Company soaps and deodorants, Blackmer Farms meats, and always our favorite Tractor Mac books by author Billy Steers. You can find many of your holiday dining and entertaining needs right here, along with some unique gifts! And don’t forget to order your Thanksgiving pies—we can bake them right here for you to pick up on Wednesday, the 23rd, or you can purchase them frozen and ready to bake in your own oven so that that tantalizing aroma can fill your home.
Our hours for November and through the 23rd of December are Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm, Saturday 9 am to 3 pm, closed on Sundays. We will close our stand from the 24th through the 27th of November to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our families.
As we move into November, we’re reminded of all we have for which to be thankful, and the support and loyalty you’ve shown our family and farm again this year comes to the top of the list. We wouldn’t be here without that, and we are so very grateful for each one of you. May your holiday season be blessed, and we wish you every good thing in the coming year!
