Road to Revolution- Leffingwell Season Opening

The Road to Revolution 1774’ begins April 20 at Leffingwell House Museum from 11am-3pm. The day begins with the “Bang’ Brown’s Company of Artillery followed by the Flag raising by Norwich Scouting. At 11:30 discover more about ‘The road to Revolution in 1774’, during a Presentation by Dayne Rugh on the False Powder Alarm Muster. Living History presenters will be on the grounds for you to visit and experience the lifestyle of Early America with soldiers drilling, cannon, spinners, the traveling sutler and a taste of Colonial Chocolate. Our presenters are The Pewter Pot Fine Spiced Chocolate, Big Bear Trading Company, the Wedges of Time, the Ladies of the Greene and the Lebanon Towne Militia. Museum tours available with displays of the new additions to our collection and our newly refurbished basement exhibit space. Last tour at 2pm. $8.
