Co-Windham Town Historian Jamie Eves leads a walk through the vanished Willimantic neighborhood of “Old State,” most of which was destroyed in the mid-1800s to make room for cotton mills, and the adjacent neighborhood of “Down Sodom,” home of generations of mill workers.
