BEGINNERS: TRY OUR ADULT CAMP!

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until July 5, 2024
Our first adult camp of the summer filled so quickly and our waiting list was so long that we decided to add a second one!
This class is perfect for complete beginners or for new potters who really want to work on their skills before moving to an intermediate class. The class is 100% on the pottery wheel. You’ll start the first night by learning how to “wedge” your clay and “throw” bowls on the pottery wheel.
Next, you’ll learn how to trim and finish your bowls to prep them for the kiln. From there, you’ll try other shapes like plates and mugs. At the end of the week you’ll learn how to finish your pots with glaze.
July 1-5, no class 7/4. 6-9pm.
