Come join our informal member-or-not High Street work crew. We meet on site every Tuesday for an hour, 5-6 pm. I give notice on what needs doing. Volunteers then choose their spot and set to their task, usually with a buddy. At the end, we always save a few minutes for clean-up, admiration for what we’ve accomplished, and thanking each other. Then it’s time for “See you next week.”

On a related note, Faith writes that the High Street Hillside garden tenders need your shredded or chopped leaves to spread as mulch for the winter. We need MANY bags. Public Works bags are perfect, or you can use your own bags. Please deliver to the High Street Hillside Garden itself (let me know when), or I will come pick up. Thanks.
