“Sounds of the Seasons”

A premier holiday event on Nov. 24 and 25. Visitors will stroll through themed decorated rooms and hear music by live musicians and singers. Each room will provide a different holiday experience from a glistening Whoville, white winter wonderland, Victorian Christmas, Santa’s toy land and more..

The decorating volunteers sharing their talents and collections are Lisa Young, Tina Wilsey, Anita Sebestyen, Ernie Eldridge, Jenn Allen, Diane Nadeau and Holiday Designs by Sherry. The musicians include Samantha Bessette, Link Diwan, November Sound, Jean de smet and Dagmar Noll. Refreshments of warm beverages and snacks will be available for purchase.

The Jillson House Museum is located at 627 Main Street adjacent to the Tree Lighting. The event starts on Friday from 5 to 7:30 which is before and after the annual Windham Light Parade and Tree lighting. On Saturday the event will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. during the Christmas Festival being held at the Jillson Square. The musical event is a major fund raising event and is $10 for adults and free for children.
