Thompson Together Roadside, Cemetery and River Cleanup

Thompson Together, Inc. is once again planning for its April Roadside and French River Clean-up, which covers all of Thompson’s 125 miles of paved and dirt roadways and a different stretch of the French River each year.  Volunteers will work to clean busy roads and trash “hot spots” all month long. We are also including several of Thompson’s historic cemeteries to the list of areas to be cleaned of leaves, branches, and pinecones that fall over the winter.  These enclosed spaces are ideal for families and friends to work in, rather than on roads where traffic is a constant safety concern.
