Warrior Women Self-Defense Seminar

Self-Defense is a critical aspect of personal safety and security, but many women don’t know how to defend themselves in dangerous situations. This class is designed to bridge that gap and empower women with the skills and knowledge they need to stay safe.
Taught by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Master Educator, and world medalist, Caroline Degon is an expert in female Self-Defense & Empowerment. This class is designed for women of all levels, from entry to advanced, in teaching effective self-defense techniques with proven strategies to remain safe. Students will learn basic skills and techniques involved in practical self-defense that can be used in real-life situations. Along with physical self-defense, women will also learn situational awareness and prevention methods to avoid potential threats and dangers.
