Join us as we commemorate the 367th Anniversary of the Founding of Norwich with a day of history, family fun, living history demonstrations and community celebration. The day starts with the grand opening of the Business-Sponsored Scarecrow Garden. Visitors can stroll through the garden and participate in the “I Spy Business Scarecrow Hunt,” searching for clues and competing for prizes. Activities include a bell-ringing tribute recognizing the town’s 35 English families, an “I Spy Founder” History Hunt inside the museum and much more. Prizes will be awarded for both “I Spy” scavenger hunts. Best of all, both hunts will continue every weekend throughout October, giving visitors multiple opportunities to join the fun.
