Visit an interesting landscape with rich history as we have fun traveling through Mansfield Hollow. Highlights include leaf peeping and tree identification, a jaunt out to Kirby Mill, the power of water at the dam at Mansfield Hollow, nature games and more. It is a 3-mile round trip easy hike across a variety of surfaces (paved and unpaved) with ups and downs (hills and stairs) around the dam itself; rain or shine (only thunder/lightning cancels). Meet at the parking near at the state forest sign right on the road. Registration not required but helpful. Only thunder and lightning cancels.
