Spring means muck and the muck is full of life! Frogs and their eggs, salamanders, fish and turtles use muck for important parts of their lifecycle. We?ll explore the edges of Garrison Pond in Chaplin with TLGV Rangers Christie and Emma. We?ll bring the nets and water buckets to gather the critters and give them a closer inspection. Wear boots that will keep your feet dry and plan on getting dirty! We?ll also have some fun information on some of the critters we expect to find! This program is for TLGV members and registration is required due to limited space to ensure participants have access to equipment and the critters are kept safe. Contact Ranger Emma for more information at 860-774-3300 or email Emma@tlgv.org, Hosted by The Last Green Valley.
