Join TLGV on our final hike of the Wander & Ponder series; a moderate 2-hour, 3 mile loop trail in the Tri-Town Ridgeline Forest Preserve. This hike completes our journey from the northern end of The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor to the south; by this point we will have covered a variety of trail types all across the Corridor! Parking at this location is limited. TLGV Wander & Ponder Walks are inspired by the transformative journey across New England taken in Andrew Krivak’s The Bear. Join a community of readers to explore the relationship between humanity and nature as part of a year-long Big Read Program at Eastern CT State University with walks, book discussions, exhibits and creative writing workshops.
