Join the Town of Brooklyn for their Earth Day Celebration Event! There will be a shredding truck available, drug take back by the Resident Trooper, a discounted rate of 7.5 cents for bulky waste at the Transfer Station (limit two trips per person/vehicle) and a town wide clean up! Volunteers will receive bags, pickers, and trash tracker collection sheets that must be returned to the Community Center that day to tally the trash collected! Residents can pick up supplies in advance at the First Selectman’s Office the week of April 7th Monday- Wednesday 8-5 or Thursday 8-6. Hosted by the Town of Brooklyn.
