We’ve gone through a global pandemic that has shaken us all mentally. In the United States, we’re currently going through a recession. The stressors and anxieties are piling up on all of us and enough is enough. It’s time to take mental health seriously, not just in the United States, but worldwide. Let’s take a late afternoon hike starting at 4:45 pm until sunset at 6:15 pm starting across the street from the Preston Community Park and reset our minds and bodies on the Northern Section of the Tri Town Trail.
