Ranger Marcy will be strolling the Buffumville Lake North Trail Loop, 48 Old Oxford Road, Charlton, MA., this month. The 3-mile North Loop offers a view of just some of the 500 acres of land and 200 acres of water in this Army Corps of Engineers property. Although we will walk in the warm summer, it is a great place to revisit in all seasons, including a snow-shoe spot in the winter.  No dogs allowed on this walk & property. We will Look for beaver lodges, and  learn history of Buffumville along with all of the activities offered at this location. PLEASE be aware there is a $5 parking fee. Second Saturday Strolls are open to anyone who likes to take it slow and enjoy the sights along the trail. All Second Saturday Strolls will gather at 8:45 am, start walking at 9 am and be over by 11 a.m. Registration required by emailing dawleymarcy@yahoo.com
