Wells State Park,  a 1,400-acre park is a significant destination for campers and hikers. During summer months, Wells State park has an interpretive program that provides guided walks and hikes, recreational activities and evening campfire programs. Other activities include boating, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding trails, hunting (restrictions), mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and swimming (campground guests only). Restrooms available. Some fees apply at this park.
