Nestled in The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor are hundreds of working farms. Their harvest inspires local chefs, brewers, vintners and distillers to create wonders for the palette.

The evening will begin with a sampling of locally crafted hors d’oeuvres and libations.  Guests then enter historic Paige Hall at the Publick House to enjoy a five-course seated dinner. The Last Green Valley has brought together distinguished local chefs to craft “one-night-only” dishes not found anywhere else.

A silent auction will be held throughout the evening highlighting unique experiences, services and much more. The evening concludes with locally roasted coffee and dessert created specifically with The Last Green Valley in mind.

The entire night is a celebration of the farms and producers who ensure fresh food is never far away and who also work every day to keep our beautiful Heritage Corridor green and growing.

Tastes of the Valley is the signature annual fundraiser for The Last Green Valley, Inc. We would be honored to have you join us for this fun, one-of-a-kind event.
