Join TLGV’s Lead Night Sky Rangers at 7 pm, March 18, Mansfield Elementary School, 134 Warrenville Rd., Mansfield, CT for a field trip session to see what works and what doesn’t when it comes to reducing light pollution and creating a safe and effective lighting plan. We’ll start at the elementary school where we will look at three different types of lighting and then move to the library where we will see several other types of lighting. The field trip ends at Joshua’s Trust’s Atwood Farm headquarters. Participants will drive themselves. Detailed directions will be shared at the meeting location.
