Fun and Games on Tap for July Acorn Adventure

Step back into history with The Last Green Valley’s next Acorn Adventure, School Day Fun, 10 a.m. July 21. Co-hosted with the Ashbel Woodward Museum, we’ll visit Franklin’s one-room school house on Kahn Road, in Franklin CT. All acorns will have a chance to participate in five different games and activities just like the children of yesteryear once played. Every acorn will have something special to take home as well.

Please park in the grassy area indicated by the Acorn Adventure signs. The one room school house does not have an address, however, 22 Kahn Road is a neighboring property.

Acorn Adventures are a series of free programs for children of all ages. They occur once a month and are made possible through the sponsorship of Putnam Bank.
