The Last Green Valley’s Member Program Series: Bald Eagles in The Last Green Valley

Join Chief Ranger Bill Reid for a special presentation about Bald Eagles in The Last Green Valley, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Jan. 27 at TLGV offices, 203B Main Street, Danielson, CT. The snow date is 1-3:30 p.m., Jan. 28. Geared to adults, this two-part program will begin at the conference room of The Last Green Valley office in Danielson with a power point presentation on bald eagles in the region by Chief Ranger Bill Reid. Ranger Bill will provide updated information on numbers of eagles nesting in CT and results of the 2017 breeding season as well as information and results from the January 13th Midwinter Eagle Survey. Following the presentation, participants are invited to drive to the Quinebaug Valley Trout Hatchery with Ranger Bill in hopes of seeing bald eagles. The program is free to TLGV members and $10 for non-members.
