Join Ranger Marcy for her next adventure on Sunday, May 17, from 1-3 pm at the Quinebaug Valley State Trout Hatchery, 141 Trout Hatchery Rd., Central Village, CT 06250 (Parking in lot at Hatchery).

We’ll take a self-guided tour to learn how the fish are hatched and grow here. Then we’ll take a flat and easy stroll on the trail and along ponds and fields. The property is 2,000 acres, so we will feel like we have the world to ourselves! Leashed dogs welcomed, but please pick up after your dogs.

Grownups: Bring a camera and/or binoculars.

Kids: Bring your pole! There is an onsite children’s fishing pond stocked with fish. This may be where you catch your first trout!
