2022 Annual Meeting

Please join us to celebrate our collective accomplishments in the National Heritage Corridor this past year and to highlight the many ways trails like the Air Line State Park Trail benefit our communities.

• 4:00 pm Optional pre-meeting activity – Air Line State Park Trail at Pomfret Station
• 5:00 pm Doors open at Grill 37 – Social time with cash bar
• 5:45 pm Welcome and Dinner
• 6:30 pm Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Ceremony

The Annual Meeting and dinner is $35 per person. To RSVP, please use the online form linked here or call 860-774-3300. The deadline to RSVP is May 23.

Members are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting for free if you do not wish to purchase dinner. Non-members are also welcome to attend but cannot vote at the meeting. To RSVP for the free attendance option please email kyle@tlgv.org or call 860-774-3300.

The doors at Grill 37 will open at 5 pm with a crudité station and cash bar. Dinner will begin with a plated salad and roll followed by a buffet dinner of garlic and herb chicken (gluten free), tortellini with pesto cream sauce (vegetarian) and vegetable lasagna (vegetarian). Coffee and tea will be served with dessert to end the evening.

The pre-meeting activity will be held at Pomfret Station (Railroad St., off Rt. 169/Rt. 44) in Pomfret. It will be an out-and-back easy walk no more than 1.5 miles long, with stops along the way featuring guest speakers involved in exciting projects to enhance the recreational and economic benefits of the Air Line Trail.
