French River Canoe/Kayak Trail – CANCELED

DUE TO EXTREMLY LOW WATER LEVELS THIS PADDLE HAS BEEN CANCELED.

Float 2.2 miles through a low gradient portion of the French River, highlighting the natural features of the river, including biotic & abiotic life in the water and on the banks. End at Hidges Village Dam with transport back to vehicles, return to retrieve your vessel. Limited to 12 canoes/kayaks. Registration required. Sponsored by EBT Environmental Consultants, Inc. Oxford Boy Scout Troop 147 and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Hodges Village Dam.
