Migrating Species Bird Walk

Every fall, surprising numbers of migrating birds stop in The Last Green Valley’s open fields and forest boundaries searching for food as they travel southward. Join this fall bird walk around the property of Westford Hill Distillers. Led by Dr. Michael Curtis, a local bird expert, this walk will work to find sparrows, warblers, ducks, and other visiting species. Dr. Curtis finds this site is home to a wide diversity of birds. Bring binoculars if you can, and wear long pants and shoes prepared for rough or damp terrain. Distillery is open until 9:30 PM.
